Claro que no...
Lo único que han hecho fueron quitar la Ofuscacion del código haciendo que ahora la mejor versión sea la 1.21. Ahora ¿Los DataPacks? Dios mío son la cosa más obsoleta que he visto a comparación de los mods tradicionales que ve la comunidad.

Sabiendo cómo son los de MOJANG si sacan su propio sistema de Mods como los conocemos van a aplicar lo de Bedrock con el MP haciendo los mods de paga cuando siempre aquí y en china estos son gratis.

i wish there was a middle ground for modding.. like mods can literally just do anything on your system , datapacks can do or simulate most gameplay mods but they cant even get the current real world time
they really need to step up the datapack game !

also a normal modding api would b nice but still wouldnt really work for stuff like sodium

Pero al menos no esta en el juego base, obvio quien quiera hacer trampas las va a seguir haciendo, con el simple hecho de que existan los mods y datapacks se puede hacer super facil, eso sin contar que puedas modificar las texturas o los nbt, pero alguien nuevo no va a saber
