EightKB is a virtual conference. If virtual conferences count - why not @dativerse and @NewStarsOfData for example? Those are accessible from the US as well.

Me too, and honestly I have never turned down a speaker for a SQL Saturday. And those are really great things. My only point is that finding these things (or even knowing there are conferences) is hard until you find out about these resources
