COURT STREET STANDOFF SUSPECT ARRESTED BY THUNDER BAY POLICE
A 33 year old BRADLEY MICHAEL TOMECK (Sept26/89) was arrested after a brief standoff yesterday, Apr14/26 in the area of Bay & Cornwall Street.
TOMECK & 35y/o JEFFREY BARNWELL (May21/90) were both wanted by police following an investigation into a stolen vehicle last month.
TOMECK is facing numerous criminal charges (see photo)
TOMECK is being transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Apr15/26 and has a future court appearance scheduled.

BREAK & ENTER SUSPECT RELEASED ON BAIL WITH CURFEW
A 33 year old BRADLEY TOMECK (September 26,1989) appeared by video from the Thunder Bay Jail today, Monday March 27,2023 before Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard for a bail hearing.
Despite having a lengthy criminal record including armed robbery and numerous breaches, Justice of the Peace Ellard ruled that TOMECK was releasable with “strict” conditions
TOMECK’S indigenous background assisted in his release
TOMECK was ordered released:
-live at the John Howard Society at 315 Syndicate Ave South
-curfew of 11pm to 6am
-no contact with coaccused or victims
-no break & enter tools
TOMECK has a future court appearance on May4/23

TBPS Officers have arrested a second wanted person in relation to a break, enter & theft at home in the 400 block of Mary Street East on Feb5/23
The second white male suspect was arrested by hardworking TBPS Officers yesterday, Tuesday February 14,2023.
A 33 year old BRADLEY TOMECK (Sept26/89) was criminally charged with:
-break & enter
-theft of motor vehicle
-breach of probation
TOMECK has a lengthy criminal history and was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station before being transported to the Thunder Bay Jail this morning, Feb15/23
TOMECK will be reunited with his coaccused, ERIC LINDSTROM.
TOMECK has a court appearance scheduled on Friday February 17,2023

WANTED VIOLENT CRIMINAL ON $55 000 NO DEPOSIT BAIL ARRESTED AGAIN
TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC THAT BRADLEY TOMECK WAS WANTED
A wanted man with a lengthy history of crime including bank robbery was arrested yesterday, Monday February 7,2022 by hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers.
The man was wanted on several warrants while on a $55 000 no deposit bail.
It’s alleged that this criminal never got a GPS ankle monitor as was required for bail and a warrant was issued on November 9,2021
It’s further alleged that this criminal violated several other conditions of his bail by contacting the victim on several occasions.
Another warrant was issued for his arrest on January 7,2022 when he failed to attend court.
And yet another warrant was issued on February 4,2022, when his surety revoked.
Despite all these warrants, the TBPS Media Relations Coordinator never told the public about a violent & wanted criminal. Public safety doesn’t seem to be a priority for him
A 32 y/o BRADLEY MICHAEL TOMECK was criminally charged with:
-breach of release order X 4
TOMECK also has outstanding criminal charges of violence against a woman and dangerous driving (see link below)
TOMECK has been previously convicted of robbing a Credit Union in 2011 with a sawed off shotgun and received a 5 year prison term.
TOMECK was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Tuesday February 8,2022
