i just run mine through a normal load of washing, but i put mine in a delicates bag... ๐
(but yeah, if you have stubborn stains you'll need to treat those first)

i used the lingerie/gentle setting on my washing machine and put him in one of those delicates zip up mesh bags to protect him ๐ฅน

I've heard of that method but tbh I just put mine in the washing machine with detergent (no softener), set it to delicates, and hang it to dry. That's worked twice for me without issue. Mine doesn't have stitched edges though, idk if that'd affect it.
