⛷️ Skiing on a Power Plant
In Copenhagen, a waste-to-energy plant transforms into a playground for the city. Designed by @BIG_Architects, Copenhill is more than infrastructure, its vast roof is wrapped with Neveplast, creating an all-season ski slope, alongside a hiking trail, an 85-meter climbing wall, and viewing terraces overlooking the skyline.
At once a factory and a park, the project reimagines how architecture can merge ecology, recreation, and utility, turning industrial function into a cultural and social landmark.
