Design Tank Episode 5: A room full of ideas, questions, and curiosity ✨ Last Saturday, we spent the day diving deep into the realities of the craft, portfolios, and career paths. In a room full of hungry designers and never-ending questions, it’s clear that our role is shifting, and our responsibility as a community is evolving. We’re not just learning craft anymore, we’re figuring out how to navigate a new reality that demands strategic thinking, systems thinking, and adaptability.
