Here are my thoughts after attending the recent
$AMBA presentation at CES.
1. Thematics -
$AMBA is a leader in EdgeAI and have achieved a 64% CAGR over the last five years. They presented 30 use cases at CES.
2. Developer Platform -
$AMBA helps developers launch new EdgeAI applications via their Cooper Developer Platform. They launched at DevZone at CES that will allow developers to build and deploy EdgeAI applications with low/no-code agentic blueprints.
Here is a video of the Cooper Developer Platform.

3. Intelligent - These folks are incredibly smart. I mean next level smart.
4. Growth - I'm most interested in
$AMBA as a development platform for EdgeAI. Not only so they sell the software to build it, but they also sell the chips to deploy it. This company reminds me of the early days of
$SHOP where merchants could quickly build and deploy online storefronts in a multitude of sectors. The more the platform was utilized, the stronger and faster it grew adding on additional features like the marketplace, warehousing, etc... That's what I see happening at
$AMBA as well and they have a clear advantage over many competitors.
This is a company I think has a lot of potential, but not one that operates within my core competency. My plan will be to watch the growth of the developer platform and read reports from analysts specializing in EdgeAI.
