⬛️ We are launching a new format in which we are inviting SE engineers to an open dialog to talk about “competitiveness” in HVDC engineering and large-scale plant project execution. 🔸 We have developed a change program based on a digital end-to-end data view, holistic value stream analysis in the relevant processes, high employee involvement in value stream visualization and joint solution finding, also with the application of the design thinking method, feedback loops and rethinking of the process house. 🔸 We will experiment with a new communication and dialogue format and start initially with a version to which we have personally invited and which we will experience in the head office.
