@NITAUganda1 recently convened a Change Ambassadors & Champions Workshop which brought together Change Ambassadors from various Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), and Local Governments (LGs), alongside Change Champions serving as NITA-U sector leads. The workshop provided a platform for participants to strengthen their capacity as change leaders, enhance collaboration across institutions, and deepen their understanding of strategies that support the adoption of digital government initiatives under UDAP-GoVNet. Through interactive discussions, experience sharing, and collaborative engagements, participants explored approaches to effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives across government. The workshop reaffirmed NITA-U's commitment to building a strong network of change leaders who will champion digital transformation and support the uptake of digital government services across the country. #NITAU #DigitizeUg
