this is great advice! i also reccomend to have a hospital bag ready to go if you are frequently hospitalized/end up in an ambulance.
i have 2 versions of this: an ER bag & a hospitalization bag. my ER bag has anything i need for an ER visit that ends in discharge [portable charger, phone cord, epi pen, feeding tube supplies, copies of my insurance card, med list, and basic info about my conditions for ER staff/EMTs]
my hospitalization bag has all that plus extra socks, toothbrush with toothpaste, a small journal, some basic things to entertain me, earbuds, an eye mask for sleep, chapstick, and a change of clothes for discharge

Disabled ppl: In case of emergency YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 1 BAG PREPARED
🔺 Bedside bag - items you need if you are trapped in or near your bed. Meds, supplies, snacks, water.
🔺Carry on bag- items you need to keep on your person at all types. Wallet, meds, med supplies.
