PBO = auto boosts CPU higher when thermal/power headroom exists, use Auto or Advanced. EXPO/DOCP/XMP = runs RAM at rated speed. Disable iGPU = forces dedicated GPU frees resources. Update BIOS first. Also fac reset cause Windows performance goes to shit easily.

Like others said, run memtest. If you've OC'd your memory or switched to DOCP/XMP profile, try running it stock (2133MT/s for DDR4, 4800MT/s for DDR5 if I'm not mistaken), specially if you're running 4 sticks. I had to use 2133MT/s on my PC because the factory speed (2666MT/s) wasn't stable with 4 sticks.

faut pas mélanger la ram si jamais, utilise seulement les 2 nouvelles barrettes, et slot 2-4, désac docp ou xmp dans le bios et parfois le memory training peut prendre du temps (mais jcrois c surtt quand t'actives l'xmp la premiere fois)
