Parody is a consideration for fair use but because OpenAI has made other media deals for straight news they have zero chance of selling that as an overall defense.

I get that a lot in the press room believe that. However, spending 5-10 minutes today rehashing what he meant by “I want them to be appreciative” on a day the country is told this will last 30 more days isn’t just irresponsible it’s headline fishing rather than informing.

yes, I was comparing apples to apples: it took them a couple minutes to learn to turn without dropping. (probably less). neither of my kids (under 7, and not that interested) can unscramble a full cube.

I agree. Nor has if for the antifa kids who now have criminal records for assault, battery, disturbing the peach, destruction of property and resisting arrest. I condemned them equally and don’t believe they represent the political movements they broadcast
