That's fair actually! I can see that. I was sad when The Sabriel trilogy ended. I need t o get back into it now there are more books. I was talking to someone last night that made me wonder if I should give YA and middle grade a try. They deliver information in a different way. I realize I'm in a bit of a journey to find what I enjoy reading. I do find it interesting though that the main book I'm struggling with is already known to be a slog. Eye of the world, I just need to get past Egwayne. Jonathan strange, I need to get past Drawlight. Clariel by Garth Nix, same thing. I get impatient with insufferable characters, it seems.
