Woman Catches A DUI At 7am 🍺 😵‍💫 🍺 via @TracyMountainR D.U.I FRIDAY (started early today) No time is a good time to be Driving Under the Influence. Per CHP: “Today, CHP Tracy’s Officers made a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for speeding at approximately 0700 hours. CHP Tracy Officers observed the driver displaying objective signs of intoxication and asked the driver to perform a series of Field Sobriety Tests, in which the Officers determined the driver to be under the influence. The driver was arrested and transported to the County Jail and her vehicle was towed. Is it worth it? IT IS NOT. The risk is far too great and there are no good excuses for driving under the influence. The consequences of DUI can be long lasting. DUI drivers are arrested all times of the day and all days of the week. If you see a suspected DUI driver or unsafe driver, please call 9-1-1 and our CHP Officers are more than happy to get these unsafe drivers off our roadways.
