🚨 COURT RESULT | Mobile phone use while driving 📵🚗
On 5 April 2025, Mehrzad Nowrouzzadeh [30/03/1962, The Woodlands, Esher] was seen by a
#VanguardRST officer during a traffic enforcement operation using a mobile phone while driving over Hampton Court Bridge, Thames Ditton.
The driver was stopped by another officer and a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) was issued.
The matter was progressed to court, where Mr Nowrouzzadeh pleaded not guilty to the offence of using a handheld mobile phone while driving.
On Friday 13 February 2026, at Guildford Magistrates’ Court, Mehrzad Nowrouzzadeh was found guilty, receiving:
