Mais rassure vous, tout vas bien sur Dtimes, tout est ok❗️ 💼 Ce que dit l’accord d’entreprise si vous travaillez demain : 👉 Non cadres : si vous avez fait le choix au début de l’année d’être payer les heures supplémentaire, vous percevrez, en plus de votre salaire habituel, une rémunération additionnelle égale au nombre d’heures travaillées, sinon pour les salariés ayant optes pour récupérer les HP ça sera une journée de récupération sur le compteur. 👉 Cadres : vous bénéficierez d’une compensation équivalente en temps de repos, dans les conditions du repos compensateur légal. ⚠️ ATTENTION : ces droits s’appliquent uniquement pour les salariés ayant eu minimum 1 an d’ancienneté. 🤝 Et le Lundi de Pentecôte en particulier ❓ Depuis 2007, la Direction a accepté que le Lundi de Pentecôte soit assimilé à un jour férié à part entière pour l’ensemble des salariés, journée de solidarité incluse.
