I had the same experience just now while trying to use it for my parentsโ flight โ couldnโt get through either. Doesnโt inspire much confidence in the perk.

This is interesting.
So Ecosmobility is using this HSBC Travel One offer as a marketing gimmick. Since HSBC pays nothing, HSBC obviously canโt do anything about the offer.
HSBC Travel One gets the clout for having airport transfers
Ecosmobility gets free marketing
And cardholders are taken for a ride
This is nothing but a scam to fool the customers.
I actually had no intention to book this in the first place but I thought nevertheless let me try. But itโs infuriating to see the situation of this offer.
After an escalation, this lady twinkle called me. She said it's a merchant funder offer and HSBC pays nothing. So Ecosmobility has very limited cabs available for this and they get booked Quickly. Basically they just wanted to ride on the popularity of the card and give nothing.

His number is in the hsbc pdf but of no use. Hsbc has chosen a worst partner. It's better if it's not renewed
HSBC TravelOne airport transfer partner Eco Mobility is completely all over the place ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Official TnC PDF shared by @HSBC_IN says request must be sent within 72 hours of travel.
But the reply from EcoMobility comes with another PDF saying 5 days prior.
And even if you email 5 days before travel, there is no response or confirmation.
Did not expect HSBC to partner with such an incompetent 3rd party vendor. Very poor experience so far.
Given HSBC already works with AVIS for Premier, why not extend the same partnership and just categorize vehicle types separately for both cards? Would have been far more seamless.
