@EE don’t you love it when you call up for the 3rd time about your phone not working over a 3 month period and the problem still isn’t fixed. And they still want you to pay full price despite having faults acknowledged by EE! So sort the problem finally and we pay. 🤬#eecomplaint

Been with @EE for 12 yrs. On Aug 9, my SIM sent an MMS to 18 unknown numbers—£16.74 charged. I didn’t send it. Rep said “I know for a FACT you did.” Then refused help unless I apologised. Coercive, dismissive, unacceptable. #SIMSecurity #EEComplaint #ConsumerRights

@EEComplaint Sorry we don't. We know there are problems in Cheshire & the Scottish Highlands caused by adverse weather.

@EEComplaint Compare it to satellite TV, when there is heavy rain or snow or severe weather the signal is affected.
