We are excited to share the news about the launch of Taite , a project of FIOH's designed to enhance job search skills among jobseekers in a weak position in the labour market. Building on the Taite coaching success in the Synclusive project at Kokkola Living Lab, Taite aims to empower professionals and innovate employment support strategies.

▪️Train 100 professionals as Taite instructors.
▪️Enhance peer dialogue and develop adaptive coaching guidelines.
▪️Create sustainable models to support well-being and employment post-coaching.
