Ziyaret, proje kapsamında geliştirilen dijital içeriklerin değerlendirilmesi, göçmen gençlere yönelik bağımlılık önleme alanındaki iyi uygulamaların yerinde incelenmesi ve uluslararası iş birliğinin güçlendirilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Üç günlük program boyunca proje ortaklarımızla birlikte göçmen gençlere yönelik geliştirdiğimiz dijital önleme içeriklerini değerlendirdik, Norveç'in bağımlılık önleme alanındaki iyi uygulamalarını yerinde inceledik. Program kapsamında gençlerin hizmet deneyimlerini araştıran Forandringsfabrikken (The Change Factory), Norveç'in ulusal bağımlılık bilgi servisi RusInfo, şiddet ve travma alanında araştırmalar yürüten Norveç Şiddet ve Travmatik Stres Çalışmaları Merkezi (NKVTS), Avrupa Önleme Müfredatı (EUPC) çalışmalarını sürdüren KORUS Oslo ve dezavantajlı grupların eğitime erişimi üzerine yenilikçi modeller geliştiren Oslo Metropolitan Üniversitesi ile verimli görüşmeler gerçekleştirildi.
