Designed around Universal Design for Learning principles, her programmes have delivered significant gains in student engagement, creativity, and emotional regulation. Research with
@UniversitySA shows strong growth in creativity and wellbeing, while student enthusiasm for Digital Technologies doubled from 40% to 80%.
Colleen leads large-scale projects including a ten-year VR River Restoration initiative and VR cultural exchange programmes with Indigenous and international schools.
Beyond the classroom, she serves as Vice-President of EdTechSA, delivers national professional learning, collaborates with universities and industry, hosts major student innovation events, and contributes to global AI research.
