Over the past year, our Empty Homes Team has successfully returned 340 empty properties to the community. Long‑term empty homes can fall into disrepair, attract fly‑tipping, and become hotspots for anti‑social behaviour — impacting the whole neighbourhood.
The team have successfully brought a property back into use in Perry Barr after years of being unoccupied. You can see for yourself the difference that has been made.
