In the current OTC framework, listed companies receive no benefit from the trading activity in their shares. By contrast, many blockchain-based token models return a small transaction fee to the issuer, creating alignment between market activity and long-term value creation. Introducing a tokenized equity model could allow issuers to earn a modest percentage of trading volume, helping to fund operations, reduce reliance on dilution, and offset listing-related costs. Enforcing a minimum price of one cent and a standard penny-wide spread would further enhance market structure by discouraging noise trading and restoring pricing discipline. @m2bio @M2MMAofficial $rlab $mres #MarketReform #TokenizedEquity #OTCMarkets #InvestorAlignment #CapitalFormation #FinancialInnovation #BlockchainFinance #TradingTransparency #EquityEvolution #SmartMarketDesign
