Over the past 8 years, I’ve been a part of and also watched many events come and go, both virtual and physical, with great ideas but weak execution ended the prospect of such events giving maximum value. Some had good budgets, interesting speakers list, and some measure of hype, yet little or not-enough results/impacts to show for the goals of the organizers.
