Excellent Points Raised by Sen. Bato: If the DOJ at the time knew about the alleged Davao Death Squad killings, why didn’t they investigate or charge Mayor Duterte back then? 🤔
It raises a major question: why no action was taken when they had the authority to do so.
Even more puzzling is why these accusations are only being brought up now, after the person is no longer in a position of power. 🤔
Why didn’t they pursue this during their time as DOJ Secretary, when they had the peak of their influence?🤔

I just don’t know why people didn’t wake up after the ozone layer scam.
I mean seriously, they banned aerosol cans and refrigerator coolants because it was creating a massive hole in the ozone layer and we were all going to fry.
FFS, how gullible were we.
