▼加害者幇助的な裁判制度▼ 私という一人の性暴力サバイバーから見ると、制度は加害者に有利にはたらき、まるで被害者の前に「加害者防御壁」として立ちはだかっているようだ。 被害後に弱った側ほど、裁判制度利用が困難だ。そして、裁判の準備から始まる様々な負荷の長期化そのものが、加害により疾患や障害を抱えた被害者への負荷・二次被害にもなる。 一方で、加害側は資金・法務・精神的余裕を持ちやすい。 現行の裁判制度や裁判所の在り方自体が、不作為的に加害者を利している。

AuDHD reality check It doesn’t matter how perfect your routine is, or how well you manage your 'symptoms' (read: unique wiring). Some days your nervous system just says ‘nope.’ Your car's reversing alarm hits you when you’re already low. You’re wired for an hour. Trying to cook breakfast and you can’t concentrate and the eggs spill over and the bacon is burnt black. A friend calls you with bad news when you’re already feeling miserable and you start spiralling. During these periods you often feel scattered, can’t concentrate and have zero motivation for anything creative. This is AuDHD life sometimes. It’s not a failure. It's not laziness either. It's a sensitive nervous system hitting its limit in a world that is designed for those who can filter life. During periods like this the kindest thing you can do is lower the bar, do one necessary thing, and then rest without guilt.
