Yesterday I led an interactive anti-drug and family interface at Stodart Hall Grounds in Mbare under the Angel of Hope Foundation, bringing together communities, health experts, law enforcement and Government stakeholders in a united effort against drug and substance abuse.
We held open dialogue sessions, shared lived experiences from recovery journeys, and equipped families with practical knowledge on early warning signs, prevention, and support systems for affected individuals.
I was joined by Zimbabwe footballers Marvelous Nakamba and Tawanda Chirewa, who added their voices in encouraging young people to choose discipline, sport and positive life paths. Together, we remain committed to building a safer, healthier and drug-free Zimbabwe.
