Three of NI's premier tourist offerings - @gohbelfast, @TitanicBelfast & @ExplorisNI have had recent major upgrade & yet failed to provide a fully inclusive #ChangingPlaces toilet so that all visitors can enjoy safe, dignified & hygienic toileting.
