1) Google Maps Location: Financial institutions only provide revenue address from sale deed. So we try to find the Gmaps pin to help the potential buyer.
2) Price: The potential buyers try to estimate the discount from market price.
3) Pictures and Videos: We try to show it through Google's street view where possible. And for the ones surveyed by our field team, we add the pictures and videos of the property
4) Timeline: Last date to apply and auction date are added too.
5) Next steps: If the potential buyer is interested, we seek their interest through a button "I'm interested" on the property page.
6) Our referral program: We encourage our traffic to refer to their friends and family to get rewarded too. We understand that a potential buyer typically has few other friends in their network who are looking for properties in that particular area. What may not work for one visitor may work for others in that hyperlocal network.
7) Whom to contact: We share the contact details for further support.
All these details are shared as just one message! And which is easy to forward on WhatsApp to their network.
