That's the reason we play on consoles vs PC's, but the reason we don't use Xbox like we used to (or Steam Machine, in the future) is partly due to deals Sony made with Capcom in 2015, to make it SFV a PS4 exclusive. Then Sony bought EVO, and PS5 becomes the de-facto FGC setup.

■ど素人さんの「Brainの売上を上げるために僕がやったこと」セミナーに参加！
Brain大感謝祭で、
ど素人ホテル再建計画さん(@4610_hotel )の講義を学ばせていただきました。
テーマは、
「Brainの売上を上げるために僕がやったこと」
ただの販売テクニックではなく、
“信用形成”をどう積み上げるかという話が中心で、
めちゃくちゃ本質的でした。
特に印象に残ったのは、
✅ 煽り販売は短期的には売れても、長期的な信用は下がる
✅ Brainは売って終わりではなく、信用の複利を生む場所
✅ 自分だけが持っている情報こそ価値になる
✅ AI時代は「ごまかせない場所」での実力がより重要になる
✅ 口に出す期待ではなく、心の中の本音に刺すことが大切
✅ 結果・元が取れた感・期待超えがファン化につながる
中でも一番刺さったのは、
「価格を超えた分が信頼として貯まる」
という考え方です。
3万円の商品でも、
受け取った人が10万円分の価値を感じたら、
その差額は“信頼”として残る。
そして、その信頼が
次の商品、口コミ、レビュー、紹介、影響力につながっていく。
これは本当にその通りだなと感じました。
私自身、これまでオンラインスクールを運営してきて、改めて感じるのは
商品を売ることよりも、
「買ってくれた人の未来に責任を持つこと」の方が何倍も大切だということです。
売上は一瞬で作れても、信頼は一瞬では作れない。
でも逆に、
一人ひとりに期待以上の価値を届け続ければ、
その信頼は時間をかけて積み上がり、
やがて紹介や口コミ、次のご縁につながっていく。
今回の講義を聞いて、
FGCでもBrainでも、改めて
「価格以上だった」
「参加してよかった」
「この人から学んでよかった」
と思ってもらえる価値提供を徹底していきたいと感じました。
特にAI時代は、情報そのものの価値はどんどん下がっていく。
だからこそ、
その人の経験、実践、失敗、検証、伴走力、信頼が
より重要になっていくと思います。
私も目先の売上だけを追うのではなく、長く信頼が積み上がるコンテンツ作りをしていきます。
ど素人さん、本質的で有益な学びをありがとうございました！
今日の学びをしっかり実践に落とし込んでいきます🔥
