Ingredients:
- 2 racks Prairie Fresh ribs
- Peach pie filling
- Cinnamon sugar
- Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeńo Rub
- Heath Riles BBQ Peach Rub
- Heath Riles BBQ Brown Sugar Honey Habanero Glaze
- ¼ cup peach preserves
- ⅔ cup Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup Heath Riles BBQ Brown Sugar Honey Habanero Glaze
Directions:
1. Fire up your
@TraegerGrills Ironwood XL to 250°F with
@ROCharcoal Hardwood Pellets.
2. rim ribs, spritz with water, and season both sides with Garlic Jalapeño and Peach Rubs. Let ‘em sweat 15 min.
3. Smoke for 2½ hrs, spritz halfway.
4. In a foil pan, layer peach pie filling, Peach Rub, cinnamon sugar, and Habanero Glaze. Lay ribs on top and wrap tight.
5. Smoke another 2 hrs 15 min, then rest 30 min.
6. Mix peach preserves, Competition Sauce, and Habanero Glaze. Brush ribs, dust with Peach Rub, and set for 15 min to tack up.
