When those cozy fall cravings hit, but you still want something nourishing and protein-packed — these Greek yogurt pumpkin pancakes are your answer! Here’s what you’ll need: 1 #ChinoValleyRanchers Veg-A-Fed Omega-3 Cage-Free Egg ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt ½ cup pumpkin purée ½ cup milk of choice 1 tsp vanilla extract ¾ cup oat flour 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp sea salt How to make it: 1️⃣ Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. 2️⃣ Heat a skillet over medium-high and lightly oil or butter it. 3️⃣ Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake and cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes. 4️⃣ Repeat with remaining batter and stack them high! Top with your favorites — maple syrup, Greek yogurt, or nut butter and enjoy the perfect fall breakfast. Ingredients: - 2 racks Prairie Fresh ribs - Peach pie filling - Cinnamon sugar - Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeńo Rub - Heath Riles BBQ Peach Rub - Heath Riles BBQ Brown Sugar Honey Habanero Glaze - ¼ cup peach preserves - ⅔ cup Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Sauce - ¼ cup Heath Riles BBQ Brown Sugar Honey Habanero Glaze Directions: 1. Fire up your @TraegerGrills Ironwood XL to 250°F with @ROCharcoal Hardwood Pellets. 2. rim ribs, spritz with water, and season both sides with Garlic Jalapeño and Peach Rubs. Let ‘em sweat 15 min. 3. Smoke for 2½ hrs, spritz halfway. 4. In a foil pan, layer peach pie filling, Peach Rub, cinnamon sugar, and Habanero Glaze. Lay ribs on top and wrap tight. 5.
