I way 💚💪🤟 Bokashi!
Bokashi,
A Japanese anaerobic
#composting method derived from a culturing of micro organisms, principally via separate rice & milk fermentations combined then fed molasses.
Similar to commercially available “EM”
[“Effective Micro Organisms]
“Bokashi” is often in the form of liquid concentrate(largely lactobacillus) or this concentrate dried on bran.
These innoculants are then used to expedite decomposition and outcompete undesirable micro organisms in a low Oxygen anaerobic environment.
#AlwaysHarvesting,

P.S. I’ll soon return to this subject in long form with production process and uses.
“Clean” by replacing bad bacteria
with good bacteria.
“Pickle” Kitchen wastes into soil.
Pet odors go poof.
Skunk stank saunters away.
Manure magically melts into soil!
Smells from anaerobic and carbon deficient animal bedding decomposed.
A safe and even a lovely oral rinse, Bokashi is magic through biology!
