Hadn't taken a look at the 'awesome-open-data-annotation' repo in a little while so took the opportunity to update it with three new tools that were released recently: Label Sleuth, AnyLabelling and Etichetta. Also took the opportunity to make a PR to the @FuzzyLabsAI sister repository, 'awesome-open-mlops', adding DQOps, DataKitchen, FastTrackML, DriftGuard and Frouros. Oh, and I removed Seldon Core since hey they aren't OSS any more ;)
