Well. Since all non-avian dinosaur lineages disappeared after the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event aka the K-T extinction approximately 66 million years ago, and humanoids have been extant for less than 1 million years, the lack of overlap means that we couldn't have stolen anything from true dinosaurs. Now if you say we humans stole the land from the birds, which are basically fearthered dinosaurs, that could be another story, but I doubt they really care or will do anything with it if we give it back.
