I swear @FedEx @FedExHelp has become the worst shipping company!!! Ordered 2 bikes for my kids, they were both shipped in tandem and moving along together, now one is delivered and the other is still fucking sitting in Dallas!!!!

@analogue You guys really need to loom into finding a different shipping partner. My order is stuck on a "delayed" @FedEx truck and will now be delivered four days late. I had to demand a status update from @FedExHelp since i haven't gotten any shipping updates in 4 days.

@FedExHelp My FedEx package is supposed to be delivered today but they're hasn't been an update to the tracking information in four days. I've been issues with deliveries due the past two months: no tracking updates or packages being delivered late. why does this keep happening?

I don't need to send you all that info. I can see the tracking (it's going the wrong way, btw, should have gone east to Pittsburgh), and it'll get here eventually. I'm just frustrated because this is a repeating pattern with FedEx. Email me a date, deliver late. Every time.

Dos correos avisándo de la entrega el 12 y 17 de junio. En ambas ocasiones no se ha reportado NADIE y yo esperando inútilmente.
Es una vergüenza.

@FedEx @FedExHelp @FedExOffice I shipped a package from an origin location to a destination location, the package got damaged on the way and is being sent back to the origin. I don't live at the origin destination anymore. No one on the Customer Service is willing to help!
