做了 6 个产品，说实话只有 2 个在赚钱。 赚钱的那两个有个共同点：我自己就是用户。日程管理烦，做了 MARGIN；文件乱，做了 FileFlow。都是自己先受不了，才动手的。 从市场分析开始做的几个，反而一直在找方向，现在还没赚到钱 😅 后来想明白一件事：从自己的痛点开始，比从市场报告开始，靠谱多了。 你们做产品的第一个需求是从哪来的？

💡 FileFlow 卖的不是“AI 分类”。 它卖的是秩序感。 “我可以懒，但系统不会乱。” 我不是在做产品。我是在证明： 一个人，也可以把世界改成自己想要的样子。 我不再等谁给我许可。 我直接把我想要的东西，放进这个世界。
