So what is biblically defined as worship? What all does it entail? Just taking the Eucharist? Or does prayer, praise, good works, etc also count as worship?

Well sure, I agree with all of that. But you made the claim that true worship is sacrifice, so does that mean the only way to worship is by the Eucharist or there another biblical way to offer sacrifice to God?

I agree that Jesus was the final & sufficient, once-for-all sacrifice. But His sacrifice is complete. He is risen and seated at the right hand of the Father. He is no longer on the cross. So how can you sacrifice Him to God continually when the work is already finished?
