Our Brewing Director went in to taste out Pilsner and this was his feedback:
"Starting to clear up and looking good. There is a strong Diacetyl aroma and flavour. Diacetyl is a natural byproduct of yeast fermentation that imparts butter, butterscotch, or milk-like flavors to beer. I want a tiny hint of it in the beer as it's part of the style so need to warn it up and let it sit for a few days at around 20c. I will taste it again on Friday." 🍺🍻🍺.

After a brutal week at @alch_craft2026 which ended in successfully getting our brew in the tank 🍻🍺🍻, took some time out to visit Whanganui's Bushy Park Tarapuruhi sanctuary to air-bath and see some birds.
