No more fuel refilling or related services through the IDFC-owned app.
Migrate your FASTag to the main IDFC FIRST Bank app at the earliest to avoid any disruption.

If a basic FasTag closure takes over 24 hours despite raising a request on the FirstForward app and via email, it clearly shows how inefficient the system is.
@IDFCFIRSTBank service quality is seriously below expectations.

IDFC delivered the tag in just 2 days!
My ICICI tag closure was also not done by then & I had closed it 3 days before applying for IDFC!!
First thing I did in the IDFC FirstForward app?! Enable fuel payments & it got enabled without KYC or KYV!
Thoroughly impressed 🙌🏻
