Many were made with Haxe Haxepunk, which I have fully working again. A few of the super OG games were made with Flashpunk FlashDevelop Flex, which I'm still working on getting to play nice with each other.

For making swfs you can use whatever Flash/Animate version is your favourite, I use CC 2015. I use outdated Flashdevelop for my coding IDE, but there are other options.
swf content usually runs through AIR now, or Ruffle on the web, both of which are being updated regularly.
[7/8] The 'FlashDevelop' payload, after decryption, uses LZNT1 via RtlDecompressFragment for decompression. It injects shellcode into dialer.exe & dllhost.exe. Then it connects to a C2 server in Chelyabinsk, Russia.
