Jason Meredith joins as President of Solid Missile Systems, bringing more than 20 years of aerospace and defense leadership across engineering, program execution, and business management. Jason most recently served as a Vice President at Northrop Grumman, with prior experience at Orbital ATK and Pratt & Whitney. Justin Siebert joins Ursa Major as Chief Operating Officer, adding deep operational expertise across aerospace, defense, and space sectors. A seasoned operations executive, Justin previously served as COO of ArmorWorks and held leadership roles at Firefly Aerospace, BAE Systems, Magellan Aerospace, and Honeywell Aerospace. New year, same unmatched speed! As part of an IRAD effort, Ursa Major used Lynx, our common, modular solid rocket motor production method, to rapidly develop and test a 7” diameter solid rocket motor propelled with highly loaded grain. The team went from clean sheet to static fire in just four months, meeting all performance and test objectives. Combining Lynx’s rapid, scalable SRM development approach with HLG’s increased propellant loading enables extended range and enhanced tactical performance for systems that use 7” SRMs, defining new possibilities for future missions and warfighter capability. #FlyFaster
