Really gonna miss taking flights with Seoop. I flew with Swoop monthly to visit my girlfriend in Charlottetown. Too bad WestJet isn’t offering the same prices that Swoop was offering :/

Good riddance!!! Here's TripAdvisor review of Swoop. Of 2410 reviews - 57% were the worst possible rating of Terrible. WOW - you almost have to try to be that bad!!!

I enjoyed your service. All I heard and read was the negative, but I only experienced the positive on all 3 round trips. Ty. I'm rotted with this decision, to be honest. Please keep fares reasonable. My kids can't come home for Christmas & we can't go there. Outrageous, unfair!

Thanks, though I wish you responded then. I never was able to resolve my issue, so you essentially stole ~$400 from me for a flight I paid for but never received.
