I'm sure there are many places in Makerfield that have a flytip but she choose that place, so either she's not very bright which is plausible or those guiding her have no fucking idea. @tfl I suggest Specsavers as the red dot is the flytip I'm reporting and this screenshot shows tfl property asset map includes the footpath I am also telling you that you own. Can your "assets" team have another look and determine that tfl still don't own this land?

#FlyTip on Middle Green Road. 3 bags of soil dumped, offenders were 'leaving it there for someone else to have'. Two offenders caught, one offender paid £1000 FPN, second offender under age of 17 so no further action taken. Investigations ongoing for other waste at site.
