The wallet was setup specifically to move the BTC. The assets have already been moved. It's only a matter of time before the funds get moved again. I'd get in touch with law enforcement ASAP if you haven't done so already. Due to the fact the attacker wallet has no additional history, the most likely scenario is a seed phrase compromise via a malicious exodus update (where he were tricked into entering his seed phrase) or it was comprised due to the seed phrase being digitally stored somewhere. #forensicsanalysis
