KETTLEBELL WEEKEND COMBO KILLA
Because this is my way to party in the weekend

1️⃣ Offset Spilt Squats (rack to suitcase grip)
2️⃣ Turkish Get-Ups
Now change side and repeat
After completing both sides, rest
Go for a minimum of 5 rounds
.
Both exercises will work on your full body strength and, when executed back to back, will also kick your heart rate up and work on your conditioning.

👉The rack-suitcase offset split squats crushes the glutes, the quads, the core, and the arms as well because of the grips
.
👉The Turkish get up is my all-time favorite move, and I would combine it with everything
Loaded mobility, strength, focus, core, full body strength, and awareness.

Give this combo a try, start with lighter weights, focus on forms starting from setting the proper grips than increase accordingly.
