🧠🚒 Day 1 Complete in Benton Harbor! Today, officers and firefighters from across Michigan and Indiana spent the day sharpening one of the most important skills on the fireground: decision-making. The Blue Card Strategic Decision Making and Critical Thinking Workshop focuses on helping command officers connect strategy to tactics through a trainable, repeatable process built on the Functions of Command, fire behavior, building construction, risk management, and modern fire service research. Great discussions, challenging scenarios, and plenty of opportunities to test assumptions and improve command performance.
