But the shift has already started, and we’re reacting after it’s already happening. The law can’t keep up. No major jurisdiction (EU, US) recognizes AI agents as legal entities. If an agent makes a profit - who’s the taxpayer? A human? A company? The protocol itself? Sooner or later, even decentralized systems like NitroGraph will need bridges between code and compliance.
