あくまでGC-MS/MSでの分析が悪いという意味ではありません！
それぞれメリット、デメリットがありますので
GCMSMSは分解能が高く、検出能力も比較的に高いという付加価値がありますが、コスト的な障壁や利便性、利用可能性等を総合的に考慮すると、
標準とするのは、HPLC法がベストだという意見です

医療機器でないから緊急性は低いのかもしれないけど計画停電の時など真空維持するLCMSMSやGCMSMSは動かせなく検査や研究が停滞した。まともな結果得るには少なくても半日、可能なら一日真空引くが発注元に理解してもらえなくて大変だった。カタログに2時間とか書くなとメーカー恨んだな（笑）

計画停電の際は、CTの稼働つらかった。ウォームアップ、再構築、配信となると、ほんの数件しか撮れませんでした。
MR？止めっぱでしたよ。永久だったし。人手割けなかったの。
確認のための撮影に出払ってたし。

Any regional drug testing lab or third party lab approved by state or center can be utilized. Its expensive. GCMSMS method costs around 25K per sample.
