Read for an important update regarding the Ohio hemp ban and the future of The Float Shoppe Social Sodas❕ As of March 20, hemp-derived beverages are no longer allowed to be made or sold in Ohio. Through advocacy and signature collection, we supported efforts to challenge Senate Bill 56, but the petition did not reach enough qualifying counties to move forward. You showed up, sold us out, and stood behind what we’re building. We saw immense support through petition signatures and beyond. Our leadership team is still actively working with Ohio officials to advocate for the future of these products. This isn't the end. We’re proud of the GLBC team whose innovation and creativity brought The Float Shoppe to life, and our goal is to continue serving our customers wherever we can legally do so.
