That's just how fucking good Overwatch was though in 2016, it beat out every singleplayer game with their story, their cinematics, everything, because the gameloop and fun of Overwatch was amazing. It revolutionized and started the hero shooter!

El problema en sí no es la exploración en primera persona, sino los random encounters y… el resto del gameloop en general. Persona 1 ES un juego de mierda, pero no por esto.

Gameloop (estrutura de variar entre aspecto social e gameplay) é Persona. Narrativa e gameplay é bem diferente.

TLOU caters more to surface level mainstream gamers hence its metric success, I enjoyed the first game but thought the second was lacking Im willing to bet you’ve never played a Xenoblade game or gave up after an hour because you can’t appreciate the JRPG gameloop

Is the Copyright thing still a complaint i think its really fun to create new characters outta inspiration from other stuff the main complaint should be the overall gameloop and how the game just went back to feel frustrating

When it was added back in ODST and Reach I actually LIKED Heal stations making a return to the gameloop it certainly added as a valuable pickup to mapmaking

now most of the problems have been solved, there's a lot less chaff and you aren't required to lean so heavy on a despia package and can just flex into different things that you wanted before. though the end phase triggers have always been a core gameloop for years lol.

Once you realize paying your top players market expectations (the one you got in such a good transfer deal rite) is what ties the game to mental attribute development, that gameloop trivializes but messages like this come across as designed to nudge you in the right direction

That's fair! It does have a very young audience and vibe, though I find it's gameloop enjoyable. And cute characters/chibis are also something I already like! If you ever want to play Creatures of Sonaria let me know, I would love to play together!

you must not have been there when d1 was announced & came out lol. It was a total shift from Halo. gameplay wise it may feel similar, bungie TM, the gameloop itself is pretty different. I can agree Marathon & D2 are pretty different, tho they share similarities like halo & D1/2

I have problems with H2A, but they're very superficial. And someone on here said that in spite of the questionable design choices made for the remake, the gameloop looks fun and addictive.

The possibility that FLAF could've been canceled is painful. Such a cool looking visual style, and the gameloop can be great after some tweaks and additions.
